Yours truly…

So a couple days ago I started on this…

First and foremost, Trad scored 20,000 on the Funtrack.
This has to be a world record…

Started off at Princess Theatre

Hanging with the best, Trina…

Guild Bar. Good gig.

Break Even

Deez Nuts

Amity

Don’t remember much after that. This was on my camera the next day. 7am.

Hungover Trina

Selfish Sunday

Byron Bay

Mawds’ birthday. Sunset beers.

Once the sun had set, we headed to Sam’s Shed for a sneaky Break Even/Ghost Town show.

More time on the Funtrack

Something happened in the studio…

LOVECATS

I’m making a solid effort to update this regularly throughout said tour.
How un-selfish of me…
Sussed Day Of Contempt’s last show. End of an era one might say…

All these guys have decided to die on me in one way or another…

Farted.
DELTA’S ALBUM LAUNCH

With Mojo The Cinematic

Backlighting is the new bounce flash…
Fuck. Time is flying. June already!
At the end of last year I went on tour with Parkway to help them film for there upcoming DVD release.
They’ve uploaded a trailer/teaser for said DVD, including brief moments of shit I filmed…
Like most of Australia/The World, pretty excited to see the end product.
This is Have Heart

This last week i’ve had the absolute privelage of spending some quality time with these guys.
Here’s some photos of these times…

Stooks magic

We will meet again.

A couple weeks back I had the pleasure of heading over to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur with my best mates Break Even.
Copped a midnight flight to Singapore

We got in around 6am, and were on the coach to KL by 8am for more broken sleep.

The bus dumped us right in the guts of KL. Culture shock.

According to most people, i bare a striking resemblence to Nick MA.

Monorailin

Lurking at the venue

Break Even

Break Even were early on the bill, so we had a small window of time to drink Jolly Shandy’s and suss some markets before Have Heart went on

The venue

Straight after the show it was back to the depot and back onto the coach

Pump Up The Valium

We arrived back in Singapore at 5:00am. Filling out border papers and going thru customs at 4am wasn’t easy.

After a morning kip, we went and sussed some food court/market near where we were staying.

Kickapoo Joy Juice. So much better than ‘Doing The Dew’

The rest of the arvo was spent lizarding around Stu’s apartment.

That night the show was at the Singapore Art Museum.

I couldn’t imagine how quickly an Australian Art Museum would hang up if you called and asked to book a show.

Marin Baron

The next day we went and explored this little area near the venue.

Some guy saw me walking with my camera, and dragged me into his shop trying to sell me some lens attachment/adapter. Impressed with the results…

Nick from Miles Away got up and did some guest vocals…

Mid show shisha

Came back and watched The Bloody Rejects. This band was more refreshing than a fresh Kickapoo.

Seeing a mostly girl band doing Youth Of Today and Bad Brains covers, as well as some mean originals.
This dude lurking didn’t have that PMA…

Perri fell in love with the guitarist

A crew photo

Woke up the next morning in a daze, and quickly realised it was out last day in Singapore.
One last swim

One last plate of schrapnel

Veganism

One last lurk

And it was on to the airport for some duty free treats

Can’t believe i crammed all that into one post!
GETTIN’ STAMPS 2009
With my 1 year anniversary, came the expiration of my domain expiry, hence this being down for a few days. Being in Asia, there wasn’t much i could do about it.
Its all back up and running smooth again.
Have to give a massive shout out to Paul Wicker for helping me host, maintain and set this whole thing up.
We both studied Commercial Photography together a few years back, and took the learning experience very seriously…

You can suss out more of his photos HERE
